These winding sticks are quarter sawn Black Walnut and measure 22" long by 2" tall. The half moon cutouts are an alternative to using a light colored inlay for sighting any twist in a board. Simply compare the thickness of the light revealed on each side over the top of the solid winding stick. Sold as a pair.
