We are cutting into some 12/4 black cherry and tiger maple for another batch of carver’s vises. The tiger maple was difficult to find, and very expensive. However, we had a couple of requests so decided to go ahead and take the chance on it, even though the cost for the vise in tiger maple will be higher. This batch will be 16 vises and made with the Benchcrafted hardware kits, which we were fortunate to secure a small supply of. We hope to have them ready in March of 2024.
